In the event of a technical problem linked to Footbar, your Meteor is guaranteed for two years. It is possible to make an exchange subject to returning the original packaging containing the sensor, the USB port and the strap.

The sensor must be placed at the back of the so-called “strong” leg, at the top of the calf.

Absolutely not, you don't even feel it when you play with it!

Our sensor is designed to be used whatever the weather, so it's possible to play with it in the rain. Obviously, we do not recommend completely immersing the sensor in water, as this could damage it.

It is completely possible to wear the sensor during an official match. We advise you to wear it under the high sock in order to respect the team color code. We have validated the wearing of the sensor with referees and several professional clubs use our sensors: Red Star, the Luxembourg women's team and even the clubs of the Netherlands federation.

The sensor can be worn under the sock at the top of the calf of your strong leg. It will record data and statistics in the same way.

Non. Notre application et la plupart des fonctionnalités disponibles (analyse des stats, championnat, comparaison aux pros...) sont gratuites. Seulement certaines fonctionnalités avancées (records, objectifs...) nécessitent un abonnement.
