• Distance (km): Total distance covered (while walking, running, or in possession of the ball)
• Activity (%): Percentage of the distance covered while running or in possession of the ball relative to the total distance covered (walking + running + possession)
• Load (unit): A measure of the intensity of a session. "Similar" to cumulative distance, but with an emphasis on speed during the workout.
• Sprint distance (km): Distance covered during a sprint. A sprint is defined as a run at a speed exceeding the threshold set on the platform (% of VMA or maximum speed).
• Low intensity (%): Percentage of time spent walking or running at low intensity (% of VMA or maximum speed, threshold set on the platform)
• Running (%): Percentage of time spent running at moderate intensity (% of VMA or maximum speed; threshold set on the platform)
