Our physical tracker is sold in more than 120 Decathlon stores and 50 Intersport stores.
Once ordered, what is your lead time for a tracker?
This will depend on the carrier you choose and also on your geographical location. Most of the time, it takes at least two days. Delivery times can be longer, especially during the holiday season.
Is there a warranty on my Meteor?
Of course, in the event of a technical problem with Footbar, your Meteor is guaranteed for 2 years. It is possible to make an exchange provided that you return the tracker containing its original packaging, the USB port and the strap.
