Our History
Footbar was founded in 2014 by two engineers passionate about football who shared a common vision: to make performance analysis accessible to all players, whether amateur or professional. Our belief is that data should not be reserved for the elite.
Since then, we have developed a revolutionary webtracker , powered by artificial intelligence, capable of analyzing soccer players' statistics on the field in real time.
In 2022, Stéphane Martin, former president of Girondins de Bordeaux, joined the team as Chief Executive Officer.
Footbar has now reached a new milestone: more than half of our sensors are in use outside of France, and our community is growing every day, both in Europe and internationally.

Our commitments
At Footbar, innovation is meaningful when it is inclusive and accessible. We work every day with amateur clubs, coaches, youth coaches, and professional players to tailor our technology to their real needs. We actively support the development of women’s football and take concrete actions to benefit younger generations.
Together with partners like Red Star Lab, we organize educational workshops to introduce young people to careers in sports and technology. Because the " football" is also a source of inspiration.
